Job Description:
- Guide Nutrition Advisors in
planning the most efficient coverage of Contacts in his/her area;
- Synthesize key facts and figures
of the area and key contact relationships to identify business opportunities;
- Ensure timely collation of
scheduled plans and reports on call
rates, call reach, territory coverage and acceptance of products and
literature/detailing aids,
- Conduct regular market
intelligence on competitor activities such as communication materials, SKUâs,
competitive pricing, field strength, and territory coverage;
- Motivate, coach, guide and
evaluate MDâs performance by validating the effectiveness of programs on
detailing skills, product knowledge and presentation skills;
- Identify and build long term
strategic relationships and partnerships with key contacts, support staff, and
local government units
- Adhere to WHO code, Nestle
Instruction and Local legislation and summarize monthly code violation report
to submit to Nutrition & Medical Services in Cambodia
Who Can Apply:
- Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Medical or other
related field.
- At least 1 year working experiences in detailing
nutrition, pharmaceutical product, or Food and Nutrition industry
- Being flexible, honest, friendly, hardworking and high
responsibilities
- Being able to work effectively in a team
- Trustworthy and be able to work independently within
the designated authority level, company policy & guideline
- English proficiency â Intermediate level
